The Georgian Employers’ Association implements projects with international partners in response to the problem of labor market supply and demand misbalances in the country.

• GEA also represented in various committees / commissions to represent business needs;
• Systematically conducts surveys to identify business staffing needs and submits reports to stakeholders;
• The Association focuses on vocational education, its promotion and the rapprochement of the private sector and vocational schools in order to train relevant qualified personnel in the labor market;
• The Association promotes vocational dual education in different regions of Georgia with the assistance of local government agencies, the business sector and international partners.
