The presentation of the new "Worknet" platform of the employment agency was held for the representatives of the member companies of the Association of Georgian Employers. As you know, one of the main challenges of the business sector is the shortage of personnel. In response to this, the employment agency prepared a new labor market management information system, where the employer will have the opportunity to register and post a vacancy himself, or to search for job seekers registered in the system, it is important to note that the system will have an automated "matching" function, which means that the system will automatically identify vacancies and suitable candidates, which will free up a lot of working human resources. The purpose of the meeting was to hear recommendations and feedback from the business sector to improve the new platform. The presentation was led by the head of the employment agency Mrs. Nino Veltauri. The meeting was attended by practicing recruiters and HR professionals who have direct contact with job posting and recruitment. The meeting was held in the conference hall of the Association of Georgian Employers.
